Mission:
offer a positive, nurturing, and loving teaching environment to create confident,
successful, and respectful young people who enjoy dance as a part of full lives.
Although
we do compete on a limited basis, ours is not a competition-oriented dance studio.
We make it our focus to look at the whole student, from schoolwork to family to
dance life. We are an academics- and whole-life-focused studio and take great
pride in our involvement with students’ lives. Because we believe that education
is critical to lifetime success, we strive to increase students’ confidence
so that they want to continue their academic education long after dance classes
end. Students must maintain a B average in their schoolwork to continue their
study with us, and tutoring is available at the studio to help those who need
it.
Please note: ours is also a conservative studio that uses age-appropriate
music and costumes in keeping with our desire to create respectable and disciplined
ladies and gentlemen. We also require a studio “uniform” to be worn
by all students without exception so that no student is unnecessarily burdened
with “wardrobe competition” to distract him or her from enjoyment of
dance.
